2011 YILI YANGIN DENETİM RAPORU SONUÇ VE ÖNERİLER
- Tüm katlarda yönlendirme levhası ve acil aydınlatma armatörlerinin takılması,
-Çatı katında kullanılan beslenme hatlarının etrafında yangına sebebiyet verecek yanmaya müsait maddelerin konulmaması,
-Isıtma, soğutma, haberleşme ve iletişim alıcı ve verici elektrikli cihazların çatı arasına yerleştirilmesi gerektiği takdirde, elektrik cihazları için yangına dayanıklı kablo kullanılması ve çelik boru içerisinden geçirilmesi gibi, yangına karşı ilave tedbirler alınarak yangın yönetmenliğine uygun elektrik tesisatının çekilmesi,
-Katlarda yangın butonları, detektörleri ve eksik yangın söndürme cihazlarının ilave edilmesi,
-Katlarda duman algılama detektörleri ve yangın santrali yapılması,
-Katlara yangın talimatı asılması,
-Yangın dolabı içinde bulunan hortumlar BEZ HORTUM olmamalıdır. Hortumları serme ve bağlama gibi becerilere sahip eğitilmiş personeli veya itfaiye görevlisi olmayan yapılarda yuvarlak yarı-sert TS EN 694 normuna uygun çapının 25 mm olması uzunluğunun 30 m aşmaması ve lans kapama, püskürtme veya fıskiye veyahut üçünü birden yapa bilmesi gerekir. Yangın Dolaplarının çalışır hale getirilmesi veya yenilenmesi,
-Yangın dolaplarının her an çalışmaya hazır olabilmesi için düzenli olarak bakımının yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle tüm donanımın gözle kontrolü ve kullanma talimnamesi her ay, hortum ve lanslar her üç ayda bir, dolapsa yılda bir kez kontrol edilerek, bakımı yapılması,
-Yangın cihazlarının kontrolü sırasında binada çalışan görevlilerden bir tanesinin (mümkünse teknik) firmadan gelen personele eşlik etmesinin sağlanması gerekmektedir. Kontrol sırasında firma temsilcisinin kontrolü yaptığı tarihin atılması sağlanması,
-Yangın dolapları üzerine ve halka açık ankesörlü telefonların üzerine ''YANGIN 110'' yazısı yazılması,
-Kaçış yolu üzerinde bulunan, kat çıkışlarına veya bina dış çıkışlarına ulaştıran koridor vb. alanlardaki ortak kullanılan çarpma vb. ara kapıların veya çıkışların serbest kaçışları engellemeyecek şekilde, yangın vb. acil durumlarda herkes tarafından kullanılabilmesi için panik kollu veya benzeri bir düzenek ile açılabilmesi ve kilitli tutulmaması,
-Tüm binanın kaçış yolları, merdiven boşlukları, toplantı salonları, kazan dairesi vb yerlerin acil durum aydınlatması ve yönlendirme levhalarının yaptırılması,
-Sıva üstü giden elektrik kablolarının kanal içine alınması,
-Elektrik ana panosunun sigorta, şalter ve beslemelerin elden geçirilmesi,
-Elektrik tesisatının periyodik olarak kontrol edilip raporlanması,
-Laboratuarlar da yangın güvenlik önlemlerinin alınması ve yangın tüplerinin ilave edilmesi,
-Yangın güvenliğinin sağlanabilmesi için yangın yönetmenliği gereği ve ilgili diğer mevzuatlar doğrultusunda eksikliklerin giderilmesi, bina yangın güvenlik sorumlusu ve teknik personel (elektrik teknisyeni, makine teknisyeni) ile birlikte bina kontrollerinin yapılarak tutanak altına alınması ve eksikliklerin ivedilikle giderilmesi,
-Yangın talimatında da görevli olan yangın ekiplerine yangın söndürme, kurtarma, koruma ve ilk yardımla ilgili, Sivil savunma personelinden mahalli itfaiye teşkilatından ve İl Afet Acil Durum Müdürlüğünden faydalanarak yılda en az bir defa eğitim verilmesi ve eğitim sonucu yangın tatbikatının yapılarak tatbikat sonuç raporunun düzenlenmesi ve yangın dosyasına takılması,
-Binaların Yangından Korunması Hakkında Yönerge de binanın en üst amiri Bina Sorumlusu olarak belirlenmiştir. Bina sorumlusu tarafından binanın özelliği ve personel durumu göz önüne alınarak yangın anında her personelin ayrı ayrı nasıl hareket edeceği tek tek belirlenerek talimatın hazırlanması, hazırlanan talimatın zaman zaman tatbikatı yapılarak pekiştirilmesi,
-Yangın cihazlarının değişiminde firma temsilcisi tarafından doluma gideceği gün Yangın Talimatında görevli personellerle birlikte binanın uygun bir bölümünde yangın Tatbikat

Contribute to Marketing and Communications for the British Council Hong Kong by in managing, developing, delivering and evaluating online and digital marketing campaigns as well as search engine marketing campaigns for all business units (in particular the Teaching Centre and Exams) according to BCHK marketing and communications team service level agreement and corporate standards.
Context and Environment (e.g. dept description, region description, organogram):
The Assistant Manager, E-Marketing works as part of the Hong Kong Marketing and Communications team which includes eight staff with specialist skills in areas such as online and offline marketing, marketing research, press and PR. The post-holder is line managed by the Marketing Manager, Hong Kong, who works alongside another Marketing and Communications Manager to line manage a team of five Assistant Manager and Executive.
The Director of Marketing and Communications and the two managers lead on the marketing and communications programs for a number of accounts. These accounts could be projects, events, exams and teaching centre courses. The holder of this post will support the Marketing Manager on online and digital marketing, search engine marketing, joint promotion campaigns and events.
Key Deliverables (include people management and finance) The core responsibilities are:
* Plan, develop, coordinate and timely deliver online and digital marketing campaigns and search engine marketing campaigns for the business units (in particular the Teaching Centre and Exams) in meeting the business and marketing targets within the assigned budget
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of online and digital marketing campaigns, search engine marketing campaigns through web statistics and analytic tools with recommendations for improvement
* Develop the content of online and digital promotion materials (e.g. website content, online banners, e-newsletter, event registration system etc.) on website and other online channels (including social media) by co-ordinating with internal stakeholders
* Manage the production of online and digital promotion materials by coordinating with external vendors and ensure all the materials are consistent with other offline channels as well as meet corporate and professional standards
* Co-ordinate e-DM, e-newsletters and other digital initiatives to increase customer engagement to British Council products and activities
* Manage online registration arrangement and on-site registration arrangement for customer engagement events
* Support the management, development and execution of marketing campaigns on Social Media e.g. Facebook
* Initiate and explore new partnerships opportunities for e-marketing campaigns.
* Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system with the China Region to ensure data is up to date
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on the production of the e-annual report
* Promote equal opportunities and diversity through the British Council's marketing activity.
Other Responsibilities and main duties
* Liaise with advertising agencies for planning and execution of online media plans and manage external service providers including design house, market research agencies, photographers, translators, etc.

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE
Hospice Southland needs artwork for the cover of the 2013 Christmas Cards. These cards are sent to supporters of Hospice Southland and are sold through the Hospice Southland newsletter and Hospice Shops as a fundraiser. We look to our young Southland artists for the true meaning of Christmas.
Hospice Southland in association with H&J Smith is asking schools to participate by allowing students to design the front cover of the Hospice Southland Christmas Card for the following year - this may be a fun art class session or students could complete as a school holiday fun activity.
There are vouchers from H&J Smith up for grabs for winner and two runners up in each of the four age groups. Every student who participates will receive a participation certificate. Judges will pick a winner from each of the four age groups that will subsequently be on to be the cover of the Hospice Southland Christmas Cards for the following year.

Dear Graduates and Families:
The Graduation Exercises of Gonzaga High School's Class of 2012 will take place on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Gonzaga High School. The ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 P.M. We have enclosed two invitations for the Graduation event. Graduates do not require invitations.
Please complete the enclosed Registration & Information Sheet and return it immediately to the school with your fee. This is needed to prepare the Graduation Program and will be used for your personal introduction while you are on stage receiving your diploma. The deadline for submitting forms is Friday October 5th. After this date information concerning scholarships and bursaries will not be included in the Graduation Program due to printing deadlines and graduation gowns may not be available due to ordering deadlines.
Dress: Male graduates are to wear dress pants, shoes, shirt and tie. Female graduates are to wear dresses/skirts or dress pants and blouses.
Procedure: Graduates may pick up their caps and gowns on Thursday, October 18th or Friday, October 19th in the school office between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Graduates are asked to assemble in the School Library not later than 1:30 P.M. on Sunday, October 21th.
Reception: Light refreshments will be served in the cafeteria immediately following the ceremony. In the past we have requested that parents / guardians of the graduates supply sandwiches, cookies or drinks (water or juice, no pop) for the reception. To help defer increasing costs for the ceremony we would like to ask for volunteers to supply some of the refreshments. Please drop off your donations as you enter the school on Sunday. Students will be present to take your donation. If you are able to help kindly notify Doug LeDrew at of your intention. Please be aware that we have students with allergies to seafood and nuts including any products that may have contact with these items.
Confirmation: Although we expect all graduates to attend, we need your confirmation by returning the enclosed Registration & Information Sheet by Friday, September 28th.
Photos: A photo will be taken as each student receives their graduation certificate on stage. To order this photograph -enclose a cheque payable to Lifetouch for $20.00.
Cost: Because we have ordered caps and gowns from Winnipeg, we must charge a graduation fee of $45.00. This fee will cover the rental of the gown, stole, cap and other expenses. You may keep the cap, tassel (Class of 2012), and Gonzaga pin as mementos. You are requested to remit this fee with your Registration & Information Sheet. We are looking forward to celebrating this milestone in your life and sincerely hope that you will be able to attend. Make cheques payable to Gonzaga High School.

Konjunkturální průzkum - září 2012 Důvěra v ekonomiku se mírně snížila 24.9. 2012
Celková důvěra v domácí ekonomiku se v září nepatrně snížila. Souhrnný indikátor důvěry (indikátor ekonomického sentimentu) se ve srovnání se srpnem snížil o 0,2 bodu. Mezi podnikateli se důvěra v ekonomiku zvýšila v obchodě a ve službách; ve stavebnictví a v průmyslu klesla. Důvěra spotřebitelů se meziměsíčně snížila. Ve srovnání s hodnotami v září 2011 jsou souhrnný indikátor důvěry, indikátor důvěry podnikatelů i indikátor důvěry spotřebitelů nižší.
V průmyslu se v září hodnocení současné celkové ekonomické situace mírně snížilo. Hodnocení současné celkové poptávky se nezměnilo, hodnocení zahraniční poptávky se zvýšilo. Zásoby hotových výrobků se podle respondentů mírně zvýšily. Respondenti očekávají pro příští tři měsíce neměnnost tempa výrobní činnosti a snížení zaměstnanosti. Očekávání vývoje ekonomické situace pro období příštích tří měsíců se nezměnila, pro příštích šest měsíců jsou vyšší než v srpnu. Celkově se důvěra v průmyslu oproti minulému měsíci snížila, a oproti hodnotám ze září 2011 je také nižší.
Ve stavebních podnicích se hodnocení současné ekonomické situace v září snížilo. Hodnocení celkové poptávky se oproti srpnu téměř nezměnilo. Respondenti očekávají pro příští tři měsíce pokles ve stavební činnosti i zaměstnanosti. Očekávání vývoje ekonomické situace pro období příštích tří i šesti měsíců se snížilo. Celkově se důvěra ve stavebnictví oproti minulému měsíci snížila a stále zůstává nižší než v září 2011.

Konjunkturální průzkum - září 2012 Důvěra v ekonomiku se mírně snížila 24.9. 2012
Celková důvěra v domácí ekonomiku se v září nepatrně snížila. Souhrnný indikátor důvěry (indikátor ekonomického sentimentu) se ve srovnání se srpnem snížil o 0,2 bodu. Mezi podnikateli se důvěra v ekonomiku zvýšila v obchodě a ve službách; ve stavebnictví a v průmyslu klesla. Důvěra spotřebitelů se meziměsíčně snížila. Ve srovnání s hodnotami v září 2011 jsou souhrnný indikátor důvěry, indikátor důvěry podnikatelů i indikátor důvěry spotřebitelů nižší.
V průmyslu se v září hodnocení současné celkové ekonomické situace mírně snížilo. Hodnocení současné celkové poptávky se nezměnilo, hodnocení zahraniční poptávky se zvýšilo. Zásoby hotových výrobků se podle respondentů mírně zvýšily. Respondenti očekávají pro příští tři měsíce neměnnost tempa výrobní činnosti a snížení zaměstnanosti. Očekávání vývoje ekonomické situace pro období příštích tří měsíců se nezměnila, pro příštích šest měsíců jsou vyšší než v srpnu. Celkově se důvěra v průmyslu oproti minulému měsíci snížila, a oproti hodnotám ze září 2011 je také nižší.
Ve stavebních podnicích se hodnocení současné ekonomické situace v září snížilo. Hodnocení celkové poptávky se oproti srpnu téměř nezměnilo. Respondenti očekávají pro příští tři měsíce pokles ve stavební činnosti i zaměstnanosti. Očekávání vývoje ekonomické situace pro období příštích tří i šesti měsíců se snížilo. Celkově se důvěra ve stavebnictví oproti minulému měsíci snížila a stále zůstává nižší než v září 2011.
V odvětví obchodu se hodnocení současné ekonomické situace oproti srpnu zvýšilo. Zásoby se snížily. Očekávání vývoje e

PRIMA LETTURA
(dal libro dei Numeri 11,25-29)
In quei giorni, il Signore scese nella nube e parlò a Mosè: tolse parte dello spirito che era su di lui e lo pose sopra i settanta uomini anziani; quando lo spirito si fu posato su di loro, quelli profetizzarono, ma non lo fecero più in seguito.
Ma erano rimasti due uomini nell'accampamento, uno chiamato Eldad e l'altro Medad. E lo spirito si posò su di loro; erano fra gli iscritti, ma non erano usciti per andare alla tenda. Si misero a profetizzare nell'accampamento.
Un giovane corse ad annunciarlo a Mosè e disse: "Eldad e Medad profetizzano nell'accampamento". Giosuè, figlio di Nun, servitore di Mosè fin dalla sua adolescenza, prese la parola e disse: "Mosè, mio signore, impediscili!". Ma Mosè gli disse: "Sei tu geloso per me? Fossero tutti profeti nel popolo del Signore e volesse il Signore porre su di loro il suo spirito!".

DIO NON AMA SOLO NOI: ma si serve di tutti.
Ad esempio dopo aver parlato a Mosè dalla nube, cominciò a parlare anche ai "70 anziani" che si erano radunati nella tenda sacra: e per un periodo anche loro, parlarono a nome di Dio.
E addirittura lo spirito del Signore si posò anche su Eldàd e Medàd, che erano rimasti nell'accampamento senza andare nella tenda sacra: e così anche loro cominciarono a parlare a nome di Dio.
Un ragazzo corse subito ad avvertire Mosè, gridando: "Eldàd e Medàd sono rimasti nell'accampamento: e stanno facendo i profeti lì!". Allora Giosuè, che era il discepolo preferito di Mosè, esclamò invidioso: "Facciamoli stare zitti! Loro non sono venuti nella tenda sacra con noi: quindi non sono autorizzati a parlare a nome di Dio!". Ma Mosè rispose umilmente: "Se di loro non sono geloso io, perché devi esserlo tu? Magari tutti gli uomini d'Israele fossero profeti! Il Signore è libero e può dare il Suo Spirito a chi vuole:
perché DIO NON AMA SOLO NOI !".
SALMO RESPONSORIALE
(Salmo 18,8.10-14)
Rit. I precetti del Signore fanno gioire il cuore.
La legge del Signore è perfetta, rinfranca l'anima; la testimonianza del Signore è stabile,
rende saggio il semplice.
Il timore del Signore è puro, rimane per sempre; i giudizi del Signore sono fedeli, sono tutti giusti.
Anche il tuo servo ne è illuminato, per chi li osserva è grande il profitto. Le inavvertenze, chi le discerne? Assolvimi dai peccati nascosti.
Anche dall'orgoglio salva il tuo servo perché su di me non abbia potere; allora sarò irreprensibile, sarò puro da grave peccato.
SALMO RESPONSORIALE

Le parole di Dio riempiono di gioia.
Le leggi del Signore sono perfette: risollevano l'anima. Le Sue parole sono sicure: riempiono di saggezza gli umili.
L'amore di Dio è puro: dura per sempre. I giudizi del Signore sono sempre validi: sempre giusti.
Chi Lo serve, ne viene illuminato: e grande è il vantaggio, per chi li osserva. E poi chi può dire di conoscere tutti i suoi peccati? Ti prego assolvimi Signore, dai peccati che non conosco.
Salvami soprattutto dall'orgoglio: fà che non abbia alcun potere su di me. Perché per essere irreprensibili e liberi da gravi colpe,
bisogna innanzitutto essere umili: e capire che DIO NON AMA SOLO NOI !

НА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙНІ ПРОЦЕСИ
В БАНКІВСЬКІЙ СИСТЕМІ УКРАЇНИ
У посткризовий період головною проблемою залишається покращення структури банківських балансів, зменшення частки проблемних кредитів та проблемних активів у цілому, що дозволить покращити результати своєї діяльності, підвищити довіру населення до банківських структур та дасть змогу відновити кредитування реального сектору економіки. Щоб не допустити подальшого зростання частки проблемних активів (токсичних), що може призвести до великих збитків, необхідно вжити заходів щодо очищення балансів від них. Сьогодні важливе практичне значення має розробка сучасних підходів до трансформації банківської системи в напрямку вдосконалення організації управління проблемними активами на основі системи організаційно-правових і адміністративних заходів. Одним із методів "реанімації" банківського сектору є створення так званих перехідних банків, брідж-банків.
В умовах посткризового розвитку України особливо актуальним є питання оздоровлення банківського сектору, зокрема відновлення його ліквідності. Оскільки високий рівень проблемних активів створює для банків серйозні труднощі:
* по-перше, недоотримання доходів знижує ефективність діяльності;
* по-друге, порушення планових термінів повернення розміщених активів погіршує ліквідність фінансової установи та вимагає залучення додаткових ресурсів;
* по-третє, трудовитрати і фінансові витрати на судові процедури і формування резервів, а також збитки, що виникають внаслідок неповернення кредитів, зменшують регулятивний капітал банку.
Тому подолання тенденції до накопичення проблемних активів, а отже, й ризику масової неплатоспроможності банків - необхідна умова відновлення економічного зростання в країні.
Як відомо, оздоровлення банківського балансу можливе:
* на мікрорівні: шляхом реструктуризації проблемної заборгованості;
* на макрорівні: шляхом переведення проблемних активів у спеціально створену організацію.
Викуп проблемних банківських активів можна здійснювати або через механізм брідж-банку (американська модель), або "госпітального банку" (німецька модель).
Брідж-банк - це тимчасова фінансова установа створена з метою утримання працюючих (непроблемних, нетоксичних) активів та зобов'язань проблемного банку, тобто основне призначення "брідж-банку" полягає у "пом'якшенні" наслідків банкрутства проблемного банку шляхом забезпечення процесу обслуговування клієнтів такого банку за рахунок продажу (переведення) до "брідж-банку" працюючих активів і застрахованих зобов'язань та зменшення навантаження на систему гарантування вкладів на певний період до моменту їх продажу інвесторам. Проте цю операцію не варто застосовувати лише з метою "затягування часу" і давати можливість нежиттєздатному банку продовжувати діяльність протягом тривалого періоду, оскільки такий банк може втратити свою ринкову вартість унаслідок масового відпливу вкладів.
Таким чином, метою створення "брідж-банку" є: забезпечення безперервності здійснення банківських операцій шляхом передачі йому активів та зобов'язань нежиттєздатного банку на період до прийняття остаточного рішення з урегулювання не платоспроможності останнього.
До недоліки створення брідж-банку відносять: потенційно великі витрати системи депозитного страхування, можливість зловживання при виборі форми і ціни продажу активів, великі терміни повернення незастрахованих зобов'язань. Слід зазначити, що доцільно створювати такі банки за умови, якщо витрати, пов'язані з їх організацією і функціонуванням, не перевищують витрат з ліквідації банків-банкрутів.
Термін "госпітальній банк" застосовується для позначення фінансового інституту, створеного з метою переведення до нього проблемних активів.

У посткризовий період головною проблемою залишається покращення структури банківських балансів, зменшення частки проблемних кредитів та проблемних активів у цілому, що дозволить покращити результати своєї діяльності, підвищити довіру населення до банківських структур та дасть змогу відновити кредитування реального сектору економіки. Щоб не допустити подальшого зростання частки проблемних активів (токсичних), що може призвести до великих збитків, необхідно вжити заходів щодо очищення балансів від них. Сьогодні важливе практичне значення має розробка сучасних підходів до трансформації банківської системи в напрямку вдосконалення організації управління проблемними активами на основі системи організаційно-правових і адміністративних заходів. Одним із методів "реанімації" банківського сектору є створення так званих перехідних банків, брідж-банків.
В умовах посткризового розвитку України особливо актуальним є питання оздоровлення банківського сектору, зокрема відновлення його ліквідності. Оскільки високий рівень проблемних активів створює для банків серйозні труднощі:
* по-перше, недоотримання доходів знижує ефективність діяльності;
* по-друге, порушення планових термінів повернення розміщених активів погіршує ліквідність фінансової установи та вимагає залучення додаткових ресурсів;
* по-третє, трудовитрати і фінансові витрати на судові процедури і формування резервів, а також збитки, що виникають внаслідок неповернення кредитів, зменшують регулятивний капітал банку.
Тому подолання тенденції до накопичення проблемних активів, а отже, й ризику масової неплатоспроможності банків - необхідна умова відновлення економічного зростання в країні.
Як відомо, оздоровлення банківського балансу можливе:
* на мікрорівні: шляхом реструктуризації проблемної заборгованості;
* на макрорівні: шляхом переведення проблемних активів у спеціально створену організацію.
Викуп проблемних банківських активів можна здійснювати або через механізм брідж-банку (американська модель), або "госпітального банку" (німецька модель).
Брідж-банк - це тимчасова фінансова установа створена з метою утримання працюючих (непроблемних, нетоксичних) активів та зобов'язань проблемного банку, тобто основне призначення "брідж-банку" полягає у "пом'якшенні" наслідків банкрутства проблемного банку шляхом забезпечення процесу обслуговування клієнтів такого банку за рахунок продажу (переведення) до "брідж-банку" працюючих активів і застрахованих зобов'язань та зменшення навантаження на систему гарантування вкладів на певний період до моменту їх продажу інвесторам. Проте цю операцію не варто застосовувати лише з метою "затягування часу" і давати можливість нежиттєздатному банку продовжувати діяльність протягом тривалого періоду, оскільки такий банк може втратити свою ринкову вартість унаслідок масового відпливу вкладів.
Таким чином, метою створення "брідж-банку" є: забезпечення безперервності здійснення банківських операцій шляхом передачі йому активів та зобов'язань нежиттєздатного банку на період до прийняття остаточного рішення з урегулювання не платоспроможності останнього.
До недоліки створення брідж-банку відносять: потенційно великі витрати системи депозитного страхування, можливість зловживання при виборі форми і ціни продажу активів, великі терміни повернення незастрахованих зобов'язань. Слід зазначити, що доцільно створювати такі банки за умови, якщо витрати, пов'язані з їх організацією і функціонуванням, не перевищують витрат з ліквідації банків-банкрутів.
Термін "госпітальній банк" застосовується для позначення фінансового інституту, створеного з метою переведення до нього проблемних активів.

CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS
Recovery Operations:
The Town of Yucca Valley and the special districts serving the Town utilizing SEMS/NIMS concept of operation will be involved in recovery operations. In the aftermath of a disaster, many citizens will have specific needs that must be met before they can pick up their pre-disaster lives. Typically, there will be a need for such services as these:
* Assessment of the extent and severity of damages to homes and other property;
* Restoration of services generally available in communities - water, food, and medical assistance;
* Repair of damaged homes and property; and
* Professional counseling when the sudden changes resulting from the emergency have resulted in mental anguish and inability to cope.
The Town of Yucca Valley will help individuals and families recover by ensuring that these services are available and by seeking additional resources locally, operational area, regionally, state and federal, as the community needs them.
TWO PHASE RECOVERY
Recovery in Two Phases:
Recovery occurs in two phases: short-term and long-term. Short-term recovery operations will begin during the response phase of the emergency. The major objectives of short-term recovery operations include rapid debris removal and clean-up, and orderly and coordinated restoration of essential services (electricity, water, gas, and sanitary systems). Short-term recovery operations will include all the agencies participating in the Town's disaster response.
The major objectives of long-term recovery operations include:
* Coordinated delivery of long-term social and health services;
* Improved land use planning;
* An improved Yucca Valley Emergency Operations Plan;
* Re-establishing the local economy to pre-disaster levels;
* Recovery of disaster response costs; and
* The effective integration of mitigation strategies into recovery planning and operations.
Yucca Valley will handle long-term recovery activities on its own, separate from the San Bernardino Operational Area. Changes to the plan will be coordinated with all participating departments and agencies. Structures that present public safety threats will be demolished and abated during short-term recovery operations.
Short-term Recovery:
The goal of short-term recovery is to restore local government services to at least minimal capacity. Short-term recovery includes:
* Utility restoration;
* Expanded social services;
* Medical and mental health services;
* Re-establishment of the Town of Yucca Valley government operations;
* Transportation route restoration;
* Debris removal and clean-up operations; and
* The abatement and demolition of hazardous structures.
Yucca Valley will coordinate with special district and private utility companies on all efforts to restore utility systems and services during recovery operations. Medical services will continue in temporary facilities, as necessary. San Bernardino County Health Department will be requested to coordinate and conduct Critical Stre

Travel to Mongla Board the boat and cruise through the forest. Early in the morning at around 6 am board the vehicle from in front of your hotel and drive to Mawa Ghat. The journey will take little over an hour to Mawa before you take the Trawler to cross the river. Upon arrival on the other side of the river in 45 minutes, you will board the waiting vehicle there for your last leg of journey to Mongla Port. This journey shall take around two and half hours of time.
Upon arrival at Mongla Port, you will board the awaiting boat. The cruise to the Sundarbans Forest will start immediately after boarding. Lunch will be served. After cruising for rest of the day mostly inside the forest the boat shall arrive at a convenient place and anchor there for the night. 15 Oct 12
Explore the amazing biodiversity of Sundarban Shortly after sunrise we will invite you to explore the narrow creeks aboard a wooden rowboat, allowing a close look at the unique mangrove fauna & flora.
After a leisurely lunch the guide will offer a variety of activities, including an easy trek to the pristine beach facing the Bay of Bengal, a hike through the mangroves and an evening boat trip. Overnight on board in Kotka. 16 Oct 12
Return Journey Depending on the tide schedule, the boat will begin the return journey with the high tide and cruising the most of the day and disembark at Mongla in the afternoon after lunch. On the way you will enjoy the peaceful cruise through the creeks of the mangrove forest.
After disembarking at Mongla, visit Bagerhat and reach Khulna in the evening. Dinner on boat. Return journey by overnight bus back to Dhaka.

Travel to Mongla Board the boat and cruise through the forest. Early in the morning at around 6 am board the vehicle from in front of your hotel and drive to Mawa Ghat. The journey will take little over an hour to Mawa before you take the Trawler to cross the river. Upon arrival on the other side of the river in 45 minutes, you will board the waiting vehicle there for your last leg of journey to Mongla Port. This journey shall take around two and half hours of time.
Upon arrival at Mongla Port, you will board the awaiting boat. The cruise to the Sundarbans Forest will start immediately after boarding. Lunch will be served. After cruising for rest of the day mostly inside the forest the boat shall arrive at a convenient place and anchor there for the night. 15 Oct 12
Explore the amazing biodiversity of Sundarban Shortly after sunrise we will invite you to explore the narrow creeks aboard a wooden rowboat, allowing a close look at the unique mangrove fauna & flora.
After a leisurely lunch the guide will offer a variety of activities, including an easy trek to the pristine beach facing the Bay of Bengal, a hike through the mangroves and an evening boat trip. Overnight on board in Kotka. 16 Oct 12
Return Journey Depending on the tide schedule, the boat will begin the return journey with the high tide and cruising the most of the day and disembark at Mongla in the afternoon after lunch. On the way you will enjoy the peaceful cruise through the creeks of the mangrove forest.
After disembarking at Mongla, visit Bagerhat and reach Khulna in the evening. Dinner on boat. Return journey by overnight bus back to Dhaka.

If the British parliament has legal authority to issue an order, that we shall furnish a single article for the troops here, and to compel obedience to that order, they have the same right to issue an order for us to supply those troops with arms, clothes, and every necessary; and to compel obedience to that order also; in short, to lay any burthens they please upon us. What is this but taxing us at a certain sum, and leaving to us only the manner of raising it? How is this mode more tolerable than the Stamp Act? It is a parliamentary assertion of the supreme authority of the British legislature over these colonies, in the point of taxation, and is intended to compel New York into a submission to that authority. For it is evident, that the suspension is meant as a compulsion; and the method of compelling is totally indifferent. * NINGÚN DAÑO EN LA CIUDAD POR EL SISMO DE AYER. El Jefe de Gobierno del DF, MARCELO EBRARD CASAUBON, precisó que en el DF no se registró ninguna afectación, luego del sismo de 5.8 grados Richter, ocurrido en Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca, a las 7:29 horas. A través de su cuenta de Twitter, EBRARD comentó que de acuerdo con el reporte de helicópteros y cámaras de vigilancia, los hospitales, el Metro y el Sistema de Aguas continuarán funcionando con normalidad. Dicha labor es realizada por expertos del Centro Nacional de Prevención de desastres, la UNAM y el Centro de Instrumentación y Registro Sísmico. En este marco, autoridades de Protección Civil de la Segob proyectan la colocación de alertas sísmicas con altavoces en zonas públicas. El caso del DF es especial, refirió Laura Gurza, coordinadora general de dicha dependencia, "pues tenemos una alta concentración de población y esto es un factor muy importante que requiere de más estudios técnicos... Tematika: A matematika és a fizika alapszókincsének elsajátítása. A fizika és a gépészet területéről választott szövegek segítségével ismerkedés a német szaknyelvvel. A szövegek feldolgozása célirányos feladattípusokkal.
A hallgatók önálló kiselőadásai az általuk választott gépészeti témáról.

a) A foglalkozásokon való részvétel előírásai:
A gyakorlatok látogatása kötelező. b) Félévközi tanulmányi ellenőrzések (zárhelyik)

A zárthelyi, a kötelező fordítás és a szódolgozatok összesített értékelése 1...5 jegyekkel történik. A hallgató "letiltva" indexbejegyzést kap, ha hiányzása meghaladja a teljes óraszám 30%-át (13 óra), ha kötelező fordítási feladatát nem adta be vagy nem írja meg a zárthelyit. Más esetben a hallgató 1...5 osztályzatot kap. d) Érdemjegy kialakításának módja
A zárthelyi dolgozatra, a kötelező fordításra és a szódolgozatokra kapott jegyek átlaga. e) Hiányzások valamint az elégtelen szódolgozatok és a zárthelyi pótlásának módja
Az elvileg lehetséges 13 óra hiányzást meghaladó hiányzás nem pótolható.
Elégtelen zárthelyi eredmény esetén egy alkalommal van javításra lehetőség a szorgalmi időszak utolsó két hetében.
A szódolgozatok javítására félév közben folyamatosan van lehetőség.
